Core Elixirs

"And here we have the core room, where we create the foundation elixirs we use to mix, blend and create all of our products from". Alex paid little attention to the tour guide leading his group around the local factory for MagiCorp. He didn't even want to go in the first place but his mom thought he'd benefit from learning how the town's biggest employer operated and sent him on his way. They were halfway into the tour, and Alex was more engrossed in his phone than in the commentary. He was the only child on the tour so he had nobody to talk and connect with outside of his phone. He was starting to annoy the other members of the tour group with his incessant texting and photo taking so he decided to stroll slightly behind everyone else while they listened to the tour guide drone on about the massive vats filled with colorful liquids. Everyone lined up along the platform that overlooked some smaller vats.

"Now this purple concoction is my favourite. We use it as a foundation for all of our invisibility products". One woman leaned further over the barrier to get a closer look, only to accidentally drop a notepad over the edge. It landed with a quiet plop inside the glowing purple vat. The guide tutted and said "Well you won't see that again, literally... I advise everyone to keep away from the edge or vanishing might be the least of your worries. The last guy to ignore that warning had all the flesh fall off his body, somehow ended up still alive but as a skeleton. Boy was that one heck of a lawsuit...". Several people cautiously crept back towards the wall while the guide pointed at other colourful vats and explained their purpose. Meanwhile, Alex continued to ignore the man and focussed on his smartphone after a friend sent him a video to watch.

Afterwards, Alex managed to look up from his phone long enough to see the rest of the group moving onto the next room. He sprinted quickly to keep up with them, failing to notice that one of his shoelaces had come undone. He trod on a lace and stumbled forward, grasping the barrier to stop himself from hitting the floor. Instead He swung inwards, his momentum pushing him forwards and through a gap between the barriers and the floor. Alex tried to pull himself back onto the platform but failed. He hollered loudly as he lost his grip and fell stomach-first into a massive vat of blue elixir, one of the largest in the room, with a huge splash. His cries caught the attention of his tour group as everyone rushed back to see who the unfortunate fellow was. The guide immediately pulled out a walkie talkie, barking at the others to keep away from the barrier as they scrambled to get a better look. He turned it on and shouted "We have a code scarlet in the core room, Vat 029. Shut down Vat 029 immediately, I repeat. Shut down vat 029 immediately!"

Alex swam through the liquid, desperate for a way to the surface, but he was churned left and right making him disoriented. His lungs were burning for air and moments before he succumbed to opening his mouth, the machine stirring the liquid slowed to a stop. After what felt like hours, Alex finally burst his way up to the surface gasping for air and coughing as the elixir got into his mouth. Above him, he could see the rest of the tour group whoop and cheer at his appearance. As he waded in the vivid liquid, he felt like the burning in his lungs had spread throughout his entire body, leaving him with a dull ache right to the bone. It was like a growing pain, only much more intense. He could also feel a strong itch that seemed to stretch from head to toe. Whatever the elixir was doing to him, he knew he had to escape before whatever it was did anything bad. He looked around for a way to exit the large vat, and saw a few people above point behind him. There was a ladder on the other side of the vat.

Doing his best to ignore the pain in his limbs, like they were being stretched in a torture rack, Alex swam straight for the ladder. He noticed that with every stroke, he seemed to get quicker, more energetic, more efficient. He reached the ladder in half the time it normally would have taken him. Pumping an arm in success, he felt a whole new problem arise as the sleeve on his shirt ripped. His clothes had gone from being a size too big for him to several sizes too small. He felt incredibly bloated in his shrunk clothing so he grabbed at the fabric and yanked it. He was surprised to find how little effort it took to tear his clothes from his body and within seconds, he'd torn everything off. Finally, Alex grasped the ladder and pulled himself up, rung by rung, until he finally reached the top of the vat. He yanked himself over the rim and onto the cool grating surrounding the vat, laying flat on his back and breathing erratically. He expected to be met with a resounding cheer from above but instead, it was the mutter of confusion. Two medics immediately rushed to him with a pile of towels, one drying him off while the other checked his body for anything wrong. From above, he could hear the crowd talking amongst themselves.

"I swear it was a boy who fell into the vat, not some naked man!"

"Boy or man, he definitely didn't have any beard when he came to the surface. I'd have noticed."

"He practically doubled in size in the time it took to swim to that ladder".

"I know they have an anti-aging range but there's nothing that makes you older"

"Didn't the tour guide say something about how they use the stuff in their sport products to help build muscle?"

"I think he said it was a growth elixir. They use it in a ton of their products, protein powders, fertilisers, shampoos, anything that needs to grow"

"My brother uses MagiCorp's shampoo to stop his hair from falling out, and it really is starting to grow back as well!"

"I once knew a guy who swore by using their condoms to make your cock bigger. It always looked the same size to me, but looking at him down there..."

"I used to give my daughter their fortified milk every day until she ended up outgrowing her bed. She was the tallest girl in her grade too"

Their conversation gradually became a list of products they could think of that contained this supposed growth elixir. Alex was confused by what they said. Sure it was like a pot of magic but if he'd changed in the way they'd mentioned, he probably would have noticed. After using a healing cream on the bruises he'd gotten from his tightened clothes, one of the medics asked if he had any internal reactions to the elixir. Alex responded "Well I felt very energetic and my breathi..." he stopped mid-sentence upon hearing his gravelly deep voice, much deeper than even the medic before him, and threw a hand toward his throat, only to grasp a handful of damp hair that was attached to his face. He yanked on it, growling in pain, and waved his hand in front of his face. Maybe it was a growth elixir after all...

Alex shooed the medics away and sat up to see just how much he'd grown. It was by a lot. His lengthy legs stretched out in front of him, dusted with curly hair right down to the foot. His cock rested in his lap, stretching close to halfway down his thigh. He was decently muscled, his abs somewhat obscured by a furry coating of hair that covered his stomach and spread up over his pecs. He rubbed his bigger, rougher hands over his muscular, hairy body. They moved up towards his face where he tugged and fondled the massive beard he'd acquired. It was while he twirled his moustache hairs with a stupid grin that Alex remembered the crowd of people above still staring at him. He leapt to his feet, cheerfully noting he was taller than both of the medics, and wrapped a towel around his waist to cover his obscenity before giving them a little wave. Alex was practically bouncing with energy and excitement, this tour wasn't such a bust after all! He had to tell everyone what had happened to him. Though he doubted they'd believe him, even if he took a selfie of himself with a sign saying it was him. He patted his thigh, trying to find his phone, when it suddenly dawned on him. Alex scratched the back of his head awkwardly before clearing his throat and calling up to the amused crowd "Did I leave my phone up there?"
